Our Process

Production of bioenergy follows a multi-step approach involving feedstock collection, preparation, conversion, and energy production.

Feedstock is sourced from various streams such as agro-waste and municipal solid waste. It is then processed to produce pure organic matter for anaerobic digestion. Post the digestion, Bioethanol is obtained through fermentation process and gas through gasification. The resulting BioCNG is a clean renewable fuel that can be used as a substitute for traditional natural gas applications. Additionally, byproducts obtained serve as organic fertilizers, making the process truly green.
